Cancelation policy:
We understand that things come up, but out of respect for our stylists we kindly request that changes to your appointment take place 48 hours or MORE before your scheduled appointment. Each service is reserved just for you, and any appointment adjustments made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge. No shows, day of cancelations, or if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in a 100% service charge.

Re-Do policy:
Aren’t thrilled about your hair? Well, good news! You have 1 week to let us know and for us to correct it! That being said, if you tamper with your hair at home, or go to another stylist….we will not be able to correct it for you. We want you to love your hair. In the case that you are un-happy with your hair PLEASE LET YOUR STYLIST, OR OUR FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF KNOW ASAP SO WE CAN ADDRESS IT.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Children Under 12 Policy:
We love you, and your minis, and we love watching them grow! However, with our busy new space it poses unique, and unforeseen challenges. Unfortunately we cannot assure the safety of your children the salon - we have sharp objects, hot tools, and chemicals and no facility to care for your children while you are in our hands. We kindly ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to accompany you during your visit, unless they are supervised by an adult that does not work in the salon. It is in everyones best interest that your children stay safe and are out of harms way, and so you can relax during your visit.
